MAO-S requires the respondent to rank 6 ways (Achievement, Expert Influence, Extension, Control, Affiliation and Dependency) of dealing with each of 8 organisational aspects (main concern, inter-personal behaviour, supervisory behaviour, managing problems, managing mistakes, managing conflicts, communication and decision making).

The software generated report covers:

  • Responses on 8 organisational aspects
  • Profile matrix of 6 styles on each of the 8 aspects
